We’ve been inundated with support for our Christmas bundle and starter packs this month. So much so, that we’re running behind on fulfilment. We are working flat out, but our helper elves can only play so much catch up.
Usually, our orders are dispatched the next day.
There’ll be a short delay on despatch of orders containing starter packs.
This includes the Christmas bundle, and any other combination containing dispenser bottles.
All orders containing starter packs placed between 5th - 16th of December, will be dispatched by the 17th of December.
If you need your order expedited for some reason, please email on your order confirmation and we will find a way to help. If we can’t help you, we’ll refund you the difference.
Please note, Australia Post’s cut off dates for Christmas delivery are;
December 16th for all remote areas
December 18th for interstate and regional VIC (we are Melbourne based)
Dec 19th for all VIC metro
If your order falls between these days, and is over the cutoff line, we're going to express post it, on us.
